1970 Ford Conversion

This 30 ft. 1970 Ford bus conversion is a family treasure that has to be parted with. It has been to MX, CA and all over the US. For most of the last 10 years it has been moved back and forth to the lake in the spring and fall. It is very comfortable and reliable, definitely family friendly.
As you can tell by the pictures it has a refrigerator (gas/electric) , range with oven, pantry, small closet with 2 drawers and 1/2 bath. It has a new 10 gal. water heater, 80 gal. fresh water, with 80 gal. black/grey waste water tank. Most of our camping has been boon-docking. The engines that is in it now is a 454 Chevrolet and the transmission is a 5 speed with a 2 speed axle.
